Dear Friends, the loved ones we have around us are here to “play” with us, to co-create the interactions that we need inorder to enrich our soul’s journey on Earth. They are a part of us though not exactly us. As we progress on our journey home into Oneness, they are here to facilitate us to learn the hard lessons that we can not learn on our own. This is the topic for exploration in this episode of A New Human Experience Podcast. The meditation for this episode is is a guided meditation to assist you in clearing your chakras, or the major energy centres in your body. Special emphasis is on clearing the 2nd chakra, also known as the sacral chakra and the 6th which is the 3rd eye chakra. The Sacral chakra is how we connect with our playmates on Earth energetically.
